Many girls get their first period around Primary 5 or 6, and for some, the cramps can be more than just uncomfortable. They can disrupt sleep, affect focus, and even make school days unbearable. As a parent, you might wonder: Is this normal? Should I be worried? Is there anything we can do—safely and early?
